My husband và I both took it without missing a dose for a month. He had reduced pain & increased flexibility while it did nothing for me. I asked my orthopedic surgeon and he said there wasn’t clinical evidence khổng lồ justify the expense. Developed knee bursitis from running. After about three weeks of taking this supplement I felt lượt thích my bursitis got better but started getting an irritated stomach.
